So you want to be healthy?
It is completely in your hands. I cannot make you healthy. NO ONE can make you healthy but YOU. Doctors won’t tell you this because they know they would go broke if you knew.
The truth is that we have been conditioned to believe poison is food, since the day we were born. Don’t believe me? Go look at instagram and other social media, look at advertisements, look at children’s storybooks and cartoons. Look at all the poison being sold to us as food.
In current times, social media and mainstream media use artificial intelligence and psychological manipulation techniques to influence us to develop unhealthy habits of thinking, feeling, behaving and eating. We must not allow ourselves to be controlled this way.
Do not eat:
Sugar—NO sugar. NONE! I’m not talking about naturally occurring fructose in fruit. Fruit is healthy to eat, although drinking orange juice and apple juice is not advised for diabetics. No cookies, cakes, candies, ice cream, donuts, cupcakes, muffins. You only think you are supposed to eat these poisons because you’ve been brainwashed to believe they are food. Once you stop eating sugar, after a time, you won’t even want to eat it anymore because it won’t taste good to you anymore. That’s the way food cravings work. We want to eat what we are accustomed to eating.
Cow’s milk/dairy/cheese—Not healthy! Don’t put it in your body. Ghee (clarified butter) and yogurt are exceptions. Goat’s milk is much easier to digest and healthier.
Wheat—Not healthy! Don’t eat it! NO bread, no pasta. Don’t think you can give it up? Do you want to be healthy or not?
Processed foods—Not healthy! This includes restaurant foods—you don’t know what is in there unless you cooked it. Learn to cook. It’s not as hard as you think!
Canola oil, sunflower seed oil, soybean oil—Not healthy! Use real olive oil, coconut oil or ghee.
Exercise and spend time outdoors EVERY DAY.
GET AWAY FROM YOUR PHONE AND COMPUTER. DO SOMETHING CREATIVE.
STOP USING WESTERN MEDICINE. Learn about herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and indigenous healing/shamanism. Don’t get any injections. Stay away from pharmaceutical drugs unless there is no natural alternative. Your Creator did not intend for those substances to be in your body.
Pray or meditate. Spiritual health is essential to physical health. Spirituality has nothing to do with religion. If this is unclear to you, learn through independent research about the true origins of religious texts. You will be surprised.

Excellent article, Kathy! It is no wonder that the top 5-6 foods or so are all heavily glyphosated: GMO corn, GMO soybean, GMO sugarbeet, GMO canola, and wheat, which uses glyphosate to dessicate the crop, since it's so good at killing cells. They are all long-lasting storable commodities for processed foods and livestock/dairy. Cottonseed oil is probably the worst seed oil, and of course cotton is one of the heaviest pesticided crop. And on top of that, they tell you your lawn needs to be spotless, which requires glyphosate Roundup. Eat your weeds!
